So you know exactly what to expect before you buy, we use clear, defined quality levels.
What does "refurbished" mean at creoven?
Every return is carefully inspected by our technical team.
We check:
- technical functionality
- completeness of all parts
- electrical performance
- safety-critical features
- cosmetic condition
- packaging condition
Where possible, missing parts are replaced, surfaces are cleaned, screws are tightened and motors are tested. An item is only approved as "refurbished" once it is 100% fully functional.
Our condition descriptions relate only to the product's appearance - never to its performance.

Top condition - virtually indistinguishable from a new product.
