A built-in PIR motion sensor activates extraction the moment movement is detected; once you leave, the unit continues for 3–30 minutes (adjustable overrun) and shuts down automatically, clearing residual humidity and odours without any effort.

Optimised as a 125 mm axial extractor for short duct runs, the Escudo Gold M delivers up to 145 m³/h at just 9 W. A single-speed motor around 1650 rpm maintains a calm 32 dB(A) at 3 m, while 28 Pa maximum static pressure helps it cope with bends, grilles and backdraught shutters typically found in domestic installations. Day to day, that means faster steam removal, fewer fogged mirrors and a fresher space after showers or WC use.

Built for wet zones, the fan is IPX4 rated and suitable for ambient temperatures up to +40 °C. Installation is straightforward: the 125 mm spigot drops into standard ducting and wall or ceiling mounting is neat thanks to the 142 mm overall depth. At 1 kg, handling is easy for retrofit or new build alike.
